The site has been upgraded to include some features to foil at least some of the spam bots that have hit the web of late. You will notice that there is now a "Report Spam" button on posts in the forum. Clicking this will send a note to the administrators and moderators, alerting them to the problem.

Slow-Roasted Veggies with Fresh Mozzarella
Description
This is awesome! It's great as a main course, and you're absolutely STUFFED when you're done. I like using fresh beets and sweet potatoes as a main part of this, but it's really adaptable.
