Site Updates!
June 1, 2010: The site has been upgraded to include some features to foil at least some of the spam bots that have hit the web of late. You will notice that there is now a "Report Spam" button on posts in the forum. Clicking this will send a note to the administrators and moderators, alerting them to the problem.

Italiansoprano Weight Watchers has awarded points values to most of the popular sandwiches at Subway. Just be aware that these points do NOT include mayonnaise or other condiments, just the basic sandwich with things like lettuce, cucumber, carrots and other low-cal veggies. Subway does use low-fat mayo, so that can be taken into consideration.
Colstone Creamery If you happen to end up at Coldstone Creamery, and are looking at all the delicious ice cream to be enjoyed- but want to be healthy- try sorbet! As a former employee- here are my suggestions: ANY Sorbet is delicious and more healthy than the rest! I suggest Like It lemon sorbet with strawberries mixed in, although it will be pretty runny, so you might want a bigger cup! Something else good is Tangerine Sorbet with raspberries! But Tangerine is seasonal, so get it when you can! Sinless Sweet Cream is not good! Don't even bother! Plus, it's VERY tough and hard to scoop out of the pans, I once injured my wrist trying to serve it to someone! And NEVER get Cake Batter, unless you just get a TINY BIT. A Cakebatter Milkshake has more than 100% of your daily fat, and about 2/3 of your daily calories! In 1 shake!
